A pretty informal process, which actually kind of surprised me. I had two over the phone interviews and then flew to New York to do two "follow days" that provided me with a vivid picture of what I would be doing each day. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and transparent about the hard work you must put in for the company. They seemed to more less want to get to know you and make sure you are a driven person.

3 meetings, 1 meeting 4 hrs. Initial call, 2nd call. Final call. They recruit. Not likely to apply and hear from them. The scout the talent mostly on LinkedIn. They base their decision on how many yes/no you get from the four panelist. They promise good health care coverage, then they say “well you should make enough to cover your own”.
