Series of 3 interviews with each manager. They want to know that you can talk to people, be calm in the work place because it gets very busy during season. Smile a lot, it helps. Not a hard jobs at all, you make tips. They'll ask about you're schooling, how your grades are, why you need a job, how your team skills are.
You interview with the manager and general manager, possibly all in the same day. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere. If both managers like you, they will have a discussion while you are there and then you could be offered a job on site.

Relaxed, informal sit-down with two mangers and the floor supervisor. I first met with one manager, and then was called back to meet with the other manager and supervisor.

The interview was easy, the first manager really liked me and wanted to move forward. Called in for the next manager to interview me and she ended up drilling me about my resume and school. Then said, well we will reach out if we decide to move forward. I could easily tell that she wasn't going to call me after attacking my resume.
