Got referred to the team by a former employee and received and request for skype interview as I was away on a trip. The HR connected me to one of the associate. They are nice ladies and the interview questions were based on my resume. I just concentrated on my work related experience and passed the interview. Got the confirmation after one week. Quite easy and convenient.
