Easy. Just do your research and be at ease. Also, guy takes you in one on one to question your experience with customers and why you picked this company.
Asked me about how I would help customers and I told them I love to help customers and then they asked me to fold clothes and then walk through how I would clean the store
Got asked basic qualification questions around experience with customer service and ability to communicate. Also got asked if I can speak another language. Process was one round and fairly quick
