The whole interview process took around 20 minutes. The interview was conducted by the store manager asking questions about myself and customer service. The interview was quite relaxed and conducted in a very friendly way. I just loved the whole process of the interview.

Firstly, introducing yourself. Then, several questions asked by supervisor. For example, why Tommy? Why you? They handwritten your answer while your interview as a record. Then, I got the offer call after 3 days.

What is the most important value in customer service?
I was interviewed by a couple of people from the store I was applying to. They called me back once. Most of the questions were not related to the job itself; they were mostly about where I saw myself in the future and about what I did in my personal time.
