Was called by the HR asking to come in for an interview. Came in and saw others waiting, turned out to be a group interview where they tried to get to know you personally.

What are your strengths and weaknesses, how would you react to certain situations
Asked me about how I would help customers and I told them I love to help customers and then they asked me to fold clothes and then walk through how I would clean the store
Got asked basic qualification questions around experience with customer service and ability to communicate. Also got asked if I can speak another language. Process was one round and fairly quick

Interview was very good, asked questions about previous roles and experience, asked how I would support customers etc. Made me feel welcome and comfortable and supported me through the whole process.
