Easy process, you are called in for only one interview. It will usually be a group interview and the questions are pretty straight forward. Just make sure you are heard and remembered by the interviewer. The next call is to inform you that you're hired and to come in for paperwork and orientation.
Got asked basic qualification questions around experience with customer service and ability to communicate. Also got asked if I can speak another language. Process was one round and fairly quick

Interview was very good, asked questions about previous roles and experience, asked how I would support customers etc. Made me feel welcome and comfortable and supported me through the whole process.
