This was for the Senior Account Executive role for the UK market. The process involved initial screening call and then followed by a VC with the team in the US for a sales position in Europe (UK). Unfortunately due to Covid19, things rightly had to be frozen, but I am hopeful of picking things up once we return to a normality. The process was very fluid and Yarden Lapidot who is in charge of talent has been an absolute star! She has been transparent, open and and very reactive during a stressful time for the world in a pandemic. Always kept me posted and never made me feel like it was wrong to chase up. I have been through 100 of hours of interviews and hands down she has been the best. Other companies and recruiters, take note, this is how recruitment and candidate process should be handled!
