The interview process was long and had many steps involved. However, I believe that this is what helps Tonti find employees who stand apart from the crowd. First I filled out an employment application, then I received a phone call with HR from the corporate office, after that phone call I had a phone call with someone with the property I applied with, after that I had and virtual interview with a regional manager, property manager and two other managers. The interview was was of the longest and most thorough interviews I’ve experienced. After that I received another phone call with someone from corporate with a job offer.

Interview process began with a phone call from the person at corporate responsible for hiring. A couple weeks later I received a phone call from the property I wanted to work at to schedule the interview. My interview was a zoom call due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I had a 30-40 minute discussion with the property manager and regional supervisor about the position. There were some questions that were asked, but the whole interview felt very freeform.
