I received a first interview that comprised behavioural questions and an assignment. The interview was a IQ Test done on an ipad and then a behavioural in person interview, where they asked about my experiences. Upon completing the interview I was sent an assignment, I did not hear back.

Interview process was exceptionally long and unnecessary. Interviewer seemed like they were just trying to make it to the time allocated, asking questions just to make the time go by (30 minutes, then a break and then an hour). Hiring process definitely needs to be streamlined and become more time efficient for both the interviewers and their potential employees.

Be prepared to do the Wonderlic test. Typical sales interview, they treat the interview like the sales process and you are selling yourself. There is a presentation component after a few interviews, you are given a case study and given time to prepare a presentation.
They seemed a little mickey mouse to me, the sales group didn't seem to have clear direction. The big detractor for me was it was all about what I could do for them, I didn't feel respected as a candidate and they didn't give me any solid reasons to want to join their company. I broke off communication after the 4th interview.
