It was a 4 part process with an introductory call, a portfolio review with a senior product designer, a take home challenge with a presentation to a panel, and a top down interview with the director.

Can you describe a project you did where you had to collaborate with other teams
In-depth, was a bit long likely due to capacity of the interviewing team, met with most people on team. Recruiter was clear, concise, organize, and nice. Questions and feedback were good.

Worst interview process I've been through. Started with a phone call from a recruiter that went well. He scheduled me in for a portfolio review then on the morning of my interview he emailed me saying the position is now filled and we no longer need to proceed with the interview. There are 4 stages to this interview process so why would you waste a candidates time when you already know there are candidates in the last stage and an offer will be made. It was extremely unprofessional and worst experience I ever had with a recruiter who came off as cold and demeaning.
