First had a phone interview with he Hr department, she was really helpful over the phone. She was very personable not pitchy, also helped me find the building when i was lost. Got to interview with Tony the hiring manager. He was pretty young but very intelligent really showed me my growth in the company, as i would be working on there campaign building solid relationships with the clients and having the opportunity to oversee my own team. I've never gotten a chance to grow in any company this fast. The training program is a lot of fun and also i get to get hands on in each of the department to see where my strength and weakness are at.

It started with receiving a preliminary phone call within a few days after I applied online. Came in to meet the manager the next day which was kind of a whirlwind but we went over the job details and what I was looking for to see if it was a good fit (which was refreshing compared to my other interviews). The vibe I got from the office was that they were upbeat and young which is something I've been looking for since I graduated. Only concern was that the lobby was full of other candidates interviewing for the same position so there was definitely a sense of competition between the people interviewing.
