HR phone interview first. then my QA manager phone interviewed me about 40 minutes. I got onsite interview. Interviewers are very nice. But they looks depressed and are not happy. they didn't make a eye contact with me. 4 QAs including a QA director interviewed with me. HR called me after onsite interview and talked about the offer

They asked very general questions. they asked how to do smoke test, regression test, QA process and how to handle the tight release deadline. 3 senior QA and one QA director interviewed with me. They have a question sheet in their hands and take a turn to ask me questions.
