One phone screen, then an hour long laid back interview. The interview included some behavioral questions but was treated more like a conversation to see if I was a fit for the company

Phone screening with recruiter wasn't much of an interview, was more geared toward determining what role I would be a good fit for. Face to face with hiring manager was much more indepth and lasted around an hour. Everyone was very amicable start to finish, interview was very casual and conversational.
