It was kind of informal, the interviewee was also informal and seemed like she was not intrested at all and just wanted to get over it asap. the ques were very basic, they asked where i was from, what i did and why i wanted that role. the interview was conducted via voice call.

It was bad, the person had no experience. The hr team was full of either school students or really rude individuals. Sometimes it was really stressful, and they would force you to bring candidates in candidates daily, if you were unable to they would threaten to resign you.
