Recruitment events are different. They basically break you up in groups and do ice breakers to get to know future associates. They make you dance and wear crazy outfits. It seems weird, but it really loosens you up. Then they take a certain group and basically do an interview panel. You have 90 seconds to get interviewed by the DO, OM, and HM's. Next interview you have to do a 90 second talent, basically sing or dance or do something for the 90 seconds. It seems crazy, but it's great!

the interview was fun and engaging! Played games to try and get to know everyone a little better and quick as well! The decision came within 2 hours of the interview overall it was a great interview

Highly interactive group setting. Lots of positive energy... When you walk into the hiring event you walk into a dance party, then do some group activities, but all of the associates were super friendly and encouraging even to the people who were nervous. I walked out of the doors feeling encouraged and empowered, and after finishing training, I still feel the same way.
