Great interview with the local Topgolf location and great interview with the recruiter. Did not end up getting the job, but applied to another location. The new recruiter did not seem to know that I had applied to the Charlotte location already when he asked why I didn’t apply for that one. I told him I had interviewed twice for that one. It became clear that HQ was extremely disorganized and probably ended up costing me a face to face interview with the new location.

I met the director of sales at the top golf location after a brief phone interview screening. The conversation was light hearted but thorough. She asked basic questions pertinent to the position and dug a little deeper into the philosophy behind the work ethic she likes to see in her staff.
