a few hours, lots of common interview questions where they ask about situations and values, play games to see how you do with other applicants, talk to 3 or 4 different managers. group interview but you go one by one. definitely need to have high energy

First round: fun/goofy/light hearted questions. Ex. What’s your favorite cereal?
Second round: resume/relevant experience. Ex. Tell us about your service experience.
Third round: Free 90 seconds to sell/express yourself. Some people talk about themselves, some people dance. They wanna see that you can carry conversation/have the personality to belong there and be personable/likeable.
Final: Mock service.

Very inclusive experience, able to learn about the company's different job offerings through an interactive work hiring event. Got to know more about the people who work there and ultimately pushed me to accept the job offer!

This is a unique interview process which lasted about an hour. They threw around a questions ball and then took you to meet with these people in the bar dinning area to test your serving skills.
