Recruitment evening. Had to play golf answer questions and do a presentation. We’re in groups and 1:1. Lots of chatting with managers and opportunities to ask questions. Then got a phone call the next day to offer a job and which department.

Easy, fun, swift. They look for personality, so just be you. They create a fun atmosphere and make you really want to work there. You get to meet several fun people along the way and it's a great opportunity to make new friends.

Tell me a time you did something kind for someone.
Not a typical 1v1 interview. Played lots of games, interacting with a lot of people. It was almost uncomfortable. At the end they asked if we thought the position was going to be fit for us because the position requires someone with a ready to party attitude.
