Quick interviews with multiple people 1-2 minutes each. They ask mostly personality questions to see if your are a good fit for their brand. Experience does not matter if you have an outgoing personality and have availability that fits their needs.
went well but the managers had an attitude which I didnt appreciate. I wish they were more professional. I think it was because I have a college degree and have competed in national golf tournaments

First round: fun/goofy/light hearted questions. Ex. What’s your favorite cereal?
Second round: resume/relevant experience. Ex. Tell us about your service experience.
Third round: Free 90 seconds to sell/express yourself. Some people talk about themselves, some people dance. They wanna see that you can carry conversation/have the personality to belong there and be personable/likeable.
Final: Mock service.

Very inclusive experience, able to learn about the company's different job offerings through an interactive work hiring event. Got to know more about the people who work there and ultimately pushed me to accept the job offer!
