It is Very casual just be outgoing and yourself. My hiring group was small but I went through all the managers answering questions… They weren’t the question you expect for an interview they were pretty random

My experience was nothing like you read online with those crazy stories of dancing and singing. Pretty standard interview questions. Mostly socializing with the other canidates while you wait your turn to interview. Low stress environment.

It was very social, 80 people were there at the first event. Then they asked you behavioral questions and you picked where you wanted to go. Then they got back to you but you need to standout.

They do hiring events. You’ll be put in groups of 4-6 people and trainers from different departments will rotate through after asking several questions. It lasts 2-3 hours. It was a good to get to know the other candidates and gives the company a sense of your personality.
