The experience was the most unprofessional thing that I have ever experienced in my life. The entire interview process took 4.5 HOURS and a lot of the time was spent sitting around waiting or answering weird questions in a group setting to stall while others were doing a "speed dating" interview process. The only time that individuals were able to speak to the managers 1 on 1 to talk about themselves and to have a real interview experience, it was timed. Interviews were 1 minute with each interviewer (there were 3) and once the minute was up, the interview was rudely interrupted by a woman announcing that the minute was over and to move onto the next manager for questioning. There was a total of 40 people at the "hiring event" so as you might assume, the managers conducting the interviews were quite uninterested by those who were being interviewed towards the end of the group. We were eventually led outside to the golf bays where we sat, waiting for the results of the "interview", for 1.5 hours. It was cold... it is winter in Colorado and the sun had set and no one was previously informed that we would be going outside so no one wore heavy jackets. And everyone was hungry, the interview took HOURS and it started at 3pm so no one seemed to eat right before arriving since that's an odd time to eat. BTW there was never any food offered (only water) during those interview hours. For those who accepted a job offer, they were asked to stay a bit longer to begin the hiring paperwork. None of the time spent there was compensated. Also, one of the girls that got offered a position and filled out her hiring paperwork was notified a week later that they were no longer offering her a job
