From the first step all went smooth and clear. I was interviewed by hiring manager and had a very clear and straightforward conversation. We discussed many different topics (technical an management) and all were on the same moode, His outcome was all good and next need to discuss formalities with HR. Second round (with HR) was also clear but I got a feeling that she approach me personally and biased. As a result a got rejection without any explanations, I badly suspect it was an biased approach (ageism and nationalism) from HR.
