Was interviewed in January 2016, but the process has remained same since then. After CV shortlisting there will be a technical interview with reporting manager and experienced employee of the required position. Questions will be based on past experience and what has been mentioned in CV.
Next step would be an HR interview and a psychometric test. Questions will be basic behavioral. Stay true.

Skype Interview for the Technical Interview which was conducted in three stages and then there was a speed and observation test that too was conducted online with timers under supervision of the professional and senior engineers followed by HR interview face to face with HR Manager.

The interview was very easy. They look for people with good academic knowledge, fluency in English. They mostly discussed my previous job experience and technical questions from that. Following the test, there was an online personality test. Finally, I got a call for HR round as well which went smoothly too.
