The interview process was absolutely pragmatic and realistic. There were no stupid philosophical questions. In the first round there was a webcam interview testing my English and whether I have the necessary skills. The second round was three routine programming tasks. The third was more programming, in real time, while they were watching through a shared screen. In the fourth phase I was given two weeks to build a website, frontend and backend.

Tech screening and then tech interview, leetcode style questions. Then there was a take home project.. not in-person. all done remotely and online. Good interviewers, helpful, easy process and good communication
