Three stages. Situational questions. Not a lot of technical questions, more account management and communication questions. Was surprised more technical knowledge wasn’t tested. Recruitment process was relatively quick with reference checks and offer presentation

In-person initial interview with hiring manager, discussed job responsibilities and work experience. Performance Index completed before interview was discussed in detail, they consider this quite heavily during the candidate selection process.
