Phone interview - Few questions only to see how good my soft skills. I would say not a very good experience overall as I was expecting much better interview rather then the typical general behavior questions that were asked during the interview.

General Behavior Questions - It was for technical position but no technical question were asked. I can say that more chance should have given to get to know more about my skills
It was two HR interview and a technical written exam.The HR interview was reasonable and related to experience but the technical exam was so complicated and vary from different areas
