I had a 30 min behavioural interview followed by a coding challenge - basically had to create an end to end data pipeline for a delivery service, had 7 days to complete it.

The first round was a virtual interview where the candidate was questioned about their work experience and projects mentioned in their resume The second round involved completing a task within a week, which required creating a cloud-based data pipeline The third round was a panel interview conducted by engineers from different fields. During the interview, the candidate was asked to explain their approach to the task and tested for their knowledge of SQL and cloud services The company gave importance to technical skills and knowledge of cloud services and SQL The interview process offered an opportunity for the candidate to learn more about the company culture and work environment The whole process was completed within 3 weeks including the 1 week time for the task. The pay offered was very less compared to other companies and there were no other benefits.
