I was selected through campus interview - Group discussion followed by one round of joint interview by VP-marketing and HR personnel. They declared result and gave offer letter on same day.

Interview process is too long, multiple rounds and verification, takes upto 2 months for the entire process.. Marketing Manager, Cluster Head, Director and than HR round
Overall the interview was taken up well with skill based questiobs but the process takes a while and which can be reduced a bit

very pathetic and not good reply from HR very unprofessionalism. apart from no criteria and no selection based on candidature skills and requirements. no reply after interview after calling for feedback
