The district manager forgot about the interview twice and made me travel back out a third time over 30 minutes away. She asked about my marriage and my bra size. Then at the end of the interview says she already hired the position I was interviewing for and wanted me to work at a lower position at a different store over an hour away.

I interviewed with three different people (two store managers and the district manager), but all of my interviews were conducted in less than a week. While the overall experience was fairly relaxed and conversational, definitely come prepared. Know why you want to work for the company, be able to verbalize your leadership style, and have some experiences in mind for when they ask you how you dealt with an employee or customer issue. Also keep a number in mind in case you get asked about your hourly wage goals.
