Recruiter was very polite. Responded promptly to emails and answered all of my questions I had. I was thrown a lot of fluff about the company to hype up the position and what was required about the job. The phone interview was pretty laid back and casual, he didn't ask to many questions. Just tried to gain a better understanding of who I was and what motivated me. It was a pleasant process until I got to the onsite interview. Quite frankly the office sucked. The people seemed miserable and very uninterested in what they were doing. I over heard one of the office managers cursing on numerous occasions, something I didn't expect to see in a "professional" working environment. I had 3 1-1 interviews, one with the recruiter and two others with TQL account reps. Overall it was a decent interview experience. However, I lost a lot of respect for this company after going through the process.

Good interview good people great environment. Went over everything that I needed to know and they offer a somewhat competitive salary. Seems like a job that could be very beneficial for someone looking to work hard and move their way up in a company.

Very straightforward 2 round process. First call with the recruiter and the second with the hiring manager. They ask you to do a little take home assignment before the 2nd interview round to explain your understanding of logistics and the service they provide.

First was a phone call with the recruiter and then an in office visit shadowing two team members and then an interview again with the recruiter. The final interview was an in office visit again but with timed quizzes and also meeting with the hiring manager.
I shadowed two people one who was a trainee and another who was more “tenured”. The job itself looked very hard to get leads and long hours, also had a very sales floor vibe.
