I was not impressed with this company. The interview process was extremely long and after over three weeks and three trips to the office for interviews, their offer was well below the industry average. The culture seemed very active and exciting. It was my impression that they bring large amounts of candidates for which they try to impress and give an unreasonable offer; of course some are bound to accept. I feel that my interviews with TQL were a complete waste of my time.
