It started with a brief phone interview which mainly went over the position and why it interested me. After that, I had a second phone interview which dove deeper into my strengths and weakness and a little to do with my experience. Following both phone interviews I was invited for an on site interview. During this, I took a brief exam regarding geographical areas throughout the United States. After that, I met with the HR manager and then shadowed a sales rep for an hour.

Great interview process very thorough. I am currently in the interview process about to get to part 2. Looking forward to learn more about the company. Hopefully soon I will be getting further into the interview process.

I had a phone interview and was expecting to go to a Zoom interview. I never heard back from them after that. I guess they did not like me, but I have heard that it is easy to get a job with them, and I saw much success with many other places. Maybe it just wasn’t a good fit, and I’m OK with that.

Hannah called me and set up an interview as soon as she possibly could. Things are going well and she ghosted me after two interview interviews. I got a generic email this morning saying they’re going to move on without me. This is frustrating because I’m severely overqualified for the position and everything was going swimmingly. It’s even more frustrating because this job is entry-level and I have eight years of record-breaking experience at multiple Fortune 500 Thai companies. The gatekeeper at TQL is someone named Hannah who, according to LinkedIn, was waitressing at Buffalo wild wings while I was breaking records at Yelp. That doesn’t seem right.
