I was interviewed while still being in college, 2 hours away. So, my recruiter worked with me a lot to make sure the times were set up to fit my schedule. I had 6 separate interviews. I had a phone interview with a recruiter 6 months before I was interested in starting. I then, had another phone interview the next month to follow-up and see if I had any questions/concerns. A month later, I was then brought in to take a geography test (including state abbreviations and what I knew about the company) and meet the recruiter face-to-face. After moving from this interview, I was brought in to meet with some Logistics Account Executives (see how they worked on a day to day basis) and meet with the General Sales Manager who asked quite a few questions regarding my experience and situational questions (how would I react to this situation...). I was brought in 2 additional times for interviews to meet different Branch Managers and Sales team leaders. The last 2 interviews felt unnecessary and like "fillers" because I was asked the same questions as the previous interview. I was eventually told that the two interviews were added at the end to make sure I hadn't gained any additional questions, since I was interviewing for a far-off start date.

Good interview good people great environment. Went over everything that I needed to know and they offer a somewhat competitive salary. Seems like a job that could be very beneficial for someone looking to work hard and move their way up in a company.
