Initially contacted through phone and email to set up a time to complete an initial phone interview. From there went in for the on-site interview where you first take a test on states and what TQL is all about. Then interview with your recruiter, shadow some people in the LAE position and finally an interview with the general sales manager whose team you are interviewing for.

The process was smooth, and the staff was friendly. There were about 3-4 rounds of calls and in-person interviews. The first in-person is a shadow of 2 current employees and an interview. The second is a knowledge test and an interview with the hiring manager.

The interview process was thorough and smooth. The phone interview to the in person interviews are informative and give good insight into what it is like to work there. Overall the interview process at TQL is solid.
