Met them at a career fair. At the career fair it was basically a meet and greet. They called a few days later to set up a phone interview. Phone interview lasted about 45 min. Not very tough. Basic resume questions. 2 minute sales pitch. I have the second interview in a few weeks. For that they informed me I need to prepare a list of 20 manufacturers and who their distributor is.

The process was smooth, and the staff was friendly. There were about 3-4 rounds of calls and in-person interviews. The first in-person is a shadow of 2 current employees and an interview. The second is a knowledge test and an interview with the hiring manager.

The interview process was thorough and smooth. The phone interview to the in person interviews are informative and give good insight into what it is like to work there. Overall the interview process at TQL is solid.
