The recruiter messaged me on Glassdoor, which came directly to my Gmail. He left a number to call or text. I called and we talked briefly. I completed the online application on TQL's website. We set up a phone interview. From the phone interview, I was sent an email to do my homework on the company through their own education portal, as well as a link to a portal where I'd send a reference link to get 4 references to complete the 20-30 minute reference survey. I then was scheduled for a day to come in-person to the office to do 2 job shadows and a virtual interview with the recruiter. Afterwards, I was sent an email to complete a logistics homework assignment to return to the recruiter, and then I was given the PDF and login information to the same education portal to take the 3 practice tests as the last step would be the final interview in-person where I would take those 3 tests and complete an interview with the General Sales Manager. After I completed the final interview with the 3 tests and in-person interview, I let the recruiter know that I'd finished and that all of my references were complete. He said he'd just talked with the General Sales Manager and sent over my references, and let me know that I'd hear back soon. The next day the recruiter called and gave me the job offer, which I accepted. This entire process was from January 7,2021 to January 14, 2021. My start date will be January 24, 2021.
