Interviews were easy. Questions were basic. Two phone interviews, a virtual interview and then one in office. Recruiter in the Louisville office was incredibly condescending. She kept bringing up my “lack of experience” despite the fact that we both worked as recruiters at the same company prior to TQL. Afterwards, I was ghosted by the Alabama and Louisville recruiters I was working with. Reading other reviews, I am not surprised as it seems this company is notorious for ghosting job candidates.

Kasha called and left a VM then sent a follow up Email on Day 1. She called and left a VM, sent a follow up Email and text message on Day 2. I planned on responding but once she had sent the text I answered as it was the easier form of communication for me at the time (I had just lost a relative). Then the interview came and I had let her know that I was interested in the Sales Recruiter position and not the Sales position in which she had reached out. She let me know that this was not her area but since we had set the time aside, she was happy to answer any of my questions. I came prepared with questions but tried to remain mindful and courteous of Kasha's time. She answered all to the best of her knowledge (which she was well versed) and did so with a pleasant and positive attitude. She said she would try to help me in my attempt to locate the correct TQL liaison and to reach out if I should have any other questions. She seems like a great employee/coworker and ambassador for TQL. Best of luck Kasha!
