I had 2 phone interviews with the recruiter and then an in person interview where I shadowed someone and interviewd with the boss. I was required to do a drug test after I got the offer letter and they were very promt on letting me know how things were going during this whole process. I took a short quiz before the in person interview testing on a couple of things in the logistics industry.

The process was smooth, and the staff was friendly. There were about 3-4 rounds of calls and in-person interviews. The first in-person is a shadow of 2 current employees and an interview. The second is a knowledge test and an interview with the hiring manager.

The interview process was thorough and smooth. The phone interview to the in person interviews are informative and give good insight into what it is like to work there. Overall the interview process at TQL is solid.
