Phone Screening (20-30 minutes): This is an initial conversation with a recruiter to get to know you and your background. Expect questions about your experience, skills, and why you're interested in TQL. Be prepared to discuss your resume and answer basic behavioral questions. 2. Interview with Hiring Manager(s) (30-60 minutes): This interview dives deeper into your qualifications and how they align with the specific role. The hiring manager(s) will likely ask you questions about your experience in sales, logistics (if applicable), and understanding of the industry. Be prepared to showcase your problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and enthusiasm for the role.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. I believe there was a total of about three interviews and then your hired. They will most likely hire you and if you don’t make it through proving grounds that’s when you will get fired
