The interview process consisted of 3 days. Day 1 consisted of shadows and a brief 1 0n 1 with the recruiter. Day 2 consisted of a interview with the higher up management. Lastly, on day three you must take assessments and interview with the management team.

The process was smooth, and the staff was friendly. There were about 3-4 rounds of calls and in-person interviews. The first in-person is a shadow of 2 current employees and an interview. The second is a knowledge test and an interview with the hiring manager.

The interview process was thorough and smooth. The phone interview to the in person interviews are informative and give good insight into what it is like to work there. Overall the interview process at TQL is solid.
