Called to tell me that the position was closed and made me reapply for the sales rep. role. After I switched it, the recruiter called to schedule a phone call...
Then we talked on the phone which was a decent experience, and then I met on zoom with the recruiter, but the questions were pretty much the same. Then I was told to do some tests, give out 4 references, and then I would interview again via zoom (others would be in office).
Once again I interviewed after scoring high on my tests (oh and there is an additional "homework assignment") and then I heard nothing.
I heard nothing for over 3 weeks, but I got frustrated and reached out to my recruiter. It was after that, where I finally heard back and received no feedback but "we are pursuing other candidates".

It was a relatively straight forward interview; however, very quickly they told me that the "Account Representative" role had already been filled internally and that they were looking for a sales-focused candidate who would be willing to embrace cold-calling. It felt a little like a bait-and-switch but the representative was professional and courteous the whole time.

Three total interviews, and one set of assessments. The first interview is a quick phone interview. The second is an hour of shadowing then like a 15 minute interview with the same person from the first interview. The third is a set of 3 assessments then an hour interview with the hiring manager.

Phone screening, phone interview, in person shadowing day, final round in person interview at desired office. Very nice and easy process, everyone very welcoming and social seeming environment, casual too.
