It was a nice friendly process. The Interviewer was quiet understanding and friendly. Sometimes it could be tough for you to answer but they don't let you feel like that.

At first they were really quick to respond and the interviews went really well. It was an initial phone interview with a non-technical person that asked a set of standard screening questions. The second interview was about an hour with 2 members of the development team. This was also really positive and they sounded excited to move me to the next stage. The third, and final, stage was a short interview with the technical director. He also ended the interview positively and told me I could expect to hear back within a day or two with the next steps. And then they totally ghosted me. I reached out to the in house recruiter that the first interview was with and he simply never responded. Throughout the process I spoke with him several times and he always responded, so I know he got my messages. Overall, if you value your time you should know that TQL does not. If this is indicative of how they handle their employees, then I am fortunate that I was ghosted.
