Colloquio
Three Rounds. Phone Screening, On-site job shadow followed by a virtual interview with recruiter, and the final round with a Group Sales Manager. Before the second round, you have to watch a video. Before the final interview, you need to complete a small project, gather 4 references (2 managers & 2 coworkers) and study for their tests (which aren’t hard, basic math, US geography, & their knowledge test - practice test will cover everything). On the final round, I sat with the GSM and I took all three tests. I passed the tests with a 100% in 9 minutes. Still got ghosted. Most of the interviews were pretty repetitive. Unprofessional, and waste of time.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. I believe there was a total of about three interviews and then your hired. They will most likely hire you and if you don’t make it through proving grounds that’s when you will get fired

Multiple phases and conversations. Very money-oriented. If you are interested in building capital, it is a good experience, but they make it clear that the job is a grind. Overall, it is a good interview experience, and they make it clear that you will be thoroughly trained.

The interview process with TQL was simple and easy-going. They have a three-step interview process, the first two are conversation-based with a recruiter, and the last one is with her manager.
