The interview process was relaxed, there were an assortment of "Integrity & Character Based" questions - The initial offers of pay were discouraging / low. The interview was with a manager who basically wanted to know what experience you have. The interviewer is interested in you being honest, honestly answering his questions regarding what your strengths and weaknesses are in the diverse oil & gas & petro-chemical industry. The work is very dynamic, and it is practically impossible to know everything in each diverse area of the industry.
