I had a very strange experience of interviewing with TotalAI Systems. Had first round with Product Manager and was invited for second round with CTO. A day after second round, I got the invite from product manager for next round, to select the time and date for the interview.I set up the time and got cancellation notice within 8 hours. Connected with HR and she had no idea, why this was cancelled. Fast forward to 2 days and got the mail that we went with another candidate. Now what's surprising, didn't they knew that another candidate is close to final selection before sending out the invite for the interview? This is a total effort waste.
