The interview process is quit easy. You have to go first in in person interiew with the HR professional after that you go through medical examination and in the end of the process of have some tests to perform (personality Quiz and IQ test).

Standard, run by a recruitment company, then followed up by a couple of one on one interviews. All easy to master. The process might be different now. I applied during my master's degree in IFP which was sponsored by Total, which definitely helped in the process.
