The interview is a two-step process to get 1yr contract with the possibility of a permanent contract after the 1st year. The technical interview is more directed toward basic aspects of chemistry and organic chemistry. The job was open to non-EU citizens. On the downside, even when asked, the salary amount was not revealed.
