There was a Screening call with recruiter The First interview was with the CEO (virtual for about 30 mins) - he asked a lot about how you think The second interview was with more of the leadership team

Went through the whole three stage interview process and did the assignment. However, because of the back to back communication I did think I had a chance to get the job which is why I put my other options on hold. I just think it was a total waste of time though as even if you’re liked by the people who interview you it’s always about someone who is more experience.
