I recently applied for a job position at Touchcore Systems and was disappointed with the lack of consideration shown during the selection process. After putting in a lot of effort into the case study presentation, I received a generic email informing me of my rejection without any constructive feedback. The fact that Touchcore Systems did not provide any insight into their thought process behind the decision shows a lack of basic communication skills and a lack of consideration for candidates who invest their time and energy in the selection process. It is disappointing to receive a generic email that does not even provide any constructive feedback. I am deeply disappointed with their decision and lack of feedback provided. The company seems to lack the ability to provide candidates with more detailed feedback, which would help them improve their skills and show that they value the efforts of those who apply. Furthermore, I have decided not to pursue any future job opportunities with Touchcore Systems. The way I have been treated during this selection process has left a bitter taste in my mouth, and I do not wish to associate myself with a company that lacks basic communication skills. I hope that in the future, Touchcore Systems will improve their communication skills with potential employees and provide candidates with more detailed feedback. Overall, I would not recommend this company to others based on my experience.
